Mike is an active partner in Oak Park Developers LLC. Mike Check & Jeff Check have developed numerous parcels of land in the Manitowoc area.  Their subdivisions include starter home lots to beautiful wooded lots. They currently have 4 active subdivisions with lots available in various sizes, price ranges, and restrictions. The developments are all open to any builder.
